		<description>Renegade Eye,

Re: "This blog is hard to maneuver around, with my Safari browser."

Thanks for the info. In what way? I have done extensive testing on Windows &#038; Mac with Internet Explorer, Safari 2 &#038; 3, and Firefox. What OS &#038; version are you using, maybe I can make some improvements.

re "Thank you for visiting my blog."

No problem, thanks for visiting mine.

re "Do you think the guy asking Kerry a question, deserved to be zapped?"

Yes and no.
First, I don't think he "deserved" it for asking a question per se. However, there is so much more to the incident than he asked a question and was arrested/tasered.

However, I have reviewed 6 different versions of the video, talked with two witnesses, read the police reports, and read others peoples accounts of the incident. You can see one post here:
&lt;a href="http://www.malagent.com/?p=236" rel="nofollow"&gt;Andrew Meyer - John Kerry Taser Incident&lt;/a&gt;.
Basically the event organizers asked police to remove Meyer after a long string of disruptions and finally his use of the term "blow job" - Meyer immediately resisted the police and started trying to invoke a response from the attendees. He was not even under arrest at that point, when the police tried to control him and arrest him he continued to resist and had been given many warnings to comply or he would be tased. He continued to resist and had one hand in a cuff when he was tased.
Given the circumstance and my own law enforcement experience I do not think there was any wrong doing on the part of the event management (Accent) or the police. Also I am convinced that Meyer had set out to cause a scene, not necessarily to be arrest/tased. But he did make a scene and continue to push the envelope to make the most of the scene caused.
One glaring thing to support this is that he gave his camera to a woman there to record the event, both Meyer and the woman (Clarisa Jessup[?]) stated that they did not know each other but within hours of the incident the video had been uploaded to CNN iReport under her name and had also been uploaded to YouTube.</description>
