Universal Breakfast

Because is a right not a . Its just not fair that some people get to eat ever so tasty sugar coated grain in the morning while others are left to fend for themselves and have to fight armed rats for of cardboard to eat.

Never mind that the of cardboard probably come from the 50″ purchased in lieu of with that did not even get considered for use on the . Never mind that the family has a $675,000 home with an but only earns $26,000 a year - we have bailouts for that. Some people have better things to spend their barely earned McDonald’s or on. Such as or .

But hey, what am I complaining about? Where would I ever get the idea that those who have would be allowed to keep it instead of supporting a with an ever increasing ?

And as long as your ilk insists on the RIGHT to leave my children and grandchildren on the hook for debts you happily run up and then refuse to pay, you’re going to continue to lose, and rightfully so.

You freeloaders have reached the end of the line. We’re going to be seeing some pay as you go, at last. And if I’m given the choice between a IOU to fatten up some Republican crony campaign contributor’s wallet, or a payment up front to make sure some kid gets to eat breakfast tomorrow, guess which one I choose? Your policies of socialism for the rich have been an unmitigated disaster. It’s time to try something new.

    JollyRoger,
My “Ilk” does not insist on any such thing. I oppose big government and spending by any political party. I am a registered Republican, but I am an American first, Conservative second, and Republican last.

Many in party have done just like the Democrats and abandoned their base for career politics, cronyism, corruption and/or raw power. But don’t fool yourself into thinking/believing it is just the Republicans that have done so, there are plenty of Democrats that have done the same thing. I would argue that there are even more Dem who have done so, but I could be very wrong and I have nothing more than anecdotal evidence of such.

This post was intended as humor with a small amount of seriousness sprinkled throughout. It should be blatantly clear by my statements that I oppose the bailouts as well. The only bailouts that I might even give a second thought to would be the loans to auto makers, due to the overly restrictive and expensive burdens placed upon them through extraneous government regulations and union extortion. But that only takes a moment of consideration for me to ask why the taxpayers should be forced to pay for that.

As for breakfast, I would gladly give my money, time, and effort to feed a hungry child. I have done so many times in the past because I wanted to - not because the government forced me to. I will continue to do so when and how I wish.

    Malagent,

Long time, no post. As you know Im in Germany, a VERY big welfare State… Such as the WHOLE E.U. is. Im finally retired and now can really state my whole beliefs that I REALLY couldnt before… America is ruining itself and most of the world is following in the finacial meltdown (yea right). Too many people were looking for quick loans w/o reading the fine print or were too stupid to do so. Now the whole mess is world wide and it dosent seem to stop too soon… Even myself has been to cut down on some things (my entertainment) but not cutting down on whats good for my young girls… Actually been thinking about returing to TN, U.S.A. , but it’s becomming a big Somali (illegal) refuge… Where TFTG in America anymore? Shitbirds everywhere? WTF?
