As Glenn Beck says, this makes blood shoot out of my eyes! Democrats got us into this mess, Democrats are playing games to keep us in this mess and there is plenty of proof. Since the media does not see fit to report anything about this, it is up to us to make sure as many people as possible see this.

JEFFERSON CITY – Gov. Matt Blunt today issued the following statement on news reports that have exposed plans by U.S. Senator Barack Obama to use Missouri law enforcement to threaten and intimidate his critics.
“St. Louis County Circuit Attorney Bob McCulloch, St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce, Jefferson County Sheriff Glenn Boyer, and Obama and the leader of his Missouri campaign Senator Claire McCaskill have attached the stench of police state tactics to the Obama-Biden campaign.
What Senator Obama and his helpers are doing is scandalous beyond words, the party that claims to be the party of Thomas Jefferson is abusing the justice system and offices of public trust to silence political criticism with threats of prosecution and criminal punishment.
This abuse of the law for intimidation insults the most sacred principles and ideals of Jefferson. I can think of nothing more offensive to Jefferson’s thinking than using the power of the state to deprive Americans of their civil rights. The only conceivable purpose of Messrs. McCulloch, Obama and the others is to frighten people away from expressing themselves, to chill free and open debate, to suppress support and donations to conservative organizations targeted by this anti-civil rights, to strangle criticism of Mr. Obama, to suppress ads about his support of higher taxes, and to choke out criticism on television, radio, the Internet, blogs, e-mail and daily conversation about the election.
Barack Obama needs to grow up. Leftist blogs and others in the press constantly say false things about me and my family. Usually, we ignore false and scurrilous accusations because the purveyors have no credibility. When necessary, we refute them. Enlisting Missouri law enforcement to intimidate people and kill free debate is reminiscent of the Sedition Acts – not a free society.”

This is simply amazing.
Thanks to St. Louis CofCC Blog:
KMOV Channel 4’s TV newscast night before last at 6 PM had a story, that stated that St. Louis County Circuit Attorney Bob McCulloch and St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce, both Obama supporters, are implying that they will bring criminal libel charges against anyone who levels what turns out to be false criticisms of their chosen candidate for President.
Absolutely unbelievable. I had to watch the newscast before I could believe this actually happened. the entire news segment is filled with implications that prosecutors and law enforcement will go after anyone who lies about Obama. The really important parts are a little less obvious though.

Free Speech - Not in an Obamanation!

Pastor James David Manning, Ph.D. goes on and on about Barack Hussein Obama. Whether you are for Obama or NObama, you really have to watch this! Its just too funny, other than that I have no comment. Well, that’s not entirely true. I have a lot of comments, I’m just not going to share them.

During an Obama speech in Coral Gables, Florida, a group of protesters interrupted Obama’s rambling about home values going down. The group, Blacks Against Obama, had various messages on the signs including something about the KKK and abortion. So far I have not found a picture good enough to make out what the signs say.
Obama says it’s fine for them to have their signs but they need to let him finish what he has to say, although the group is promptly physically escorted out by a swarm of security personnel.
Let me make a couple of things clear. I’m not criticizing Obama or his supporters or those protesting Obama. Obama went there to give a speech, his supporters went there to hear that speech. So it is no surprise that when someone interrupts said speech they might not receive a real warm welcome. If it is disrupting the event then they probably should be removed. The protestors have every right to protest, I think it may have been better if they had done so outside. Still, I like that more and more people are voicing their opposition of Obama and that that opposition is even getting media attention.

There is a lot of buzz around the internet about David Kernell, son of Tennessee Democratic Rep. Mike Kernell, being investigated in connection with hacking Sarah Palin’s personal email account. Although no federal law enforcement agencies have confirmed David Kernell is the target of an investigation, his father has acknowledged that the numerous posts refer to his son:
“The person they’re talking about is my son,” said Kernell. “But we know of no investigation. I have not been contacted. He has not been contacted,” Kernell told a Memphis TV station.
However, WBIR reports that David Kernall has been contacted by federal investigators:
The son of state Rep. Mike Kernell has been contacted by authorities in connection with a probe into the hacking of personal e-mail of vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, Kernell confirmed on Thursday.
Kernell, a Memphis Democrat, said his 20-year-old son David had been contacted by authorities investigating the hacking of Palin’s personal email account.
The FBI and the Secret Service started a formal investigation on Wednesday into the hacking.
David Kernell is a student at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Mike Kernell said he spoke to his son on Thursday, as he does on a regular basis.
Kernell otherwise declined to comment, or discuss his son’s whereabouts and whether he was in custody.
Reports that Palin’s e-mail had been hacked bounced across blogs and into the news on Thursday.
Here are some screenshots of David Kernell’s facebook, along with some more information.

Common sense energy policy from Sarah Palin. It is no wonder that she is nearly universally hated by the left and the media.

Dinosaurs, nuclear codes, actuary tables and banning books. Matt Damon lays out his arguments against Palin. It seems Iranian media is pleased with Damon’s statement as well. Strangely, they almost seem more impartial than the U.S. media.

THE BOLDED & UNDERLINED PARTS WERE EDITED OUT OF THE INTERVIEW
GIBSON: Governor, let me start by asking you a question that I asked John McCain about you, and it is really the central question. Can you look the country in the eye and say “I have the experience and I have the ability to be not just vice president, but perhaps president of the United States of America?”
PALIN: I do, Charlie, and on January 20, when John McCain and I are sworn in, if we are so privileged to be elected to serve this country, will be ready. I’m ready.
GIBSON: And you didn’t say to yourself, “Am I experienced enough? Am I ready? Do I know enough about international affairs? Do I — will I feel comfortable enough on the national stage to do this?”
PALIN: I didn’t hesitate, no.
GIBSON: Didn’t that take some hubris? Read the rest of this entry »
