As Glenn Beck says, this makes blood shoot out of my eyes! got us into this mess, are playing games to keep us in this mess and there is plenty of proof. Since the media does not see fit to report anything about this, it is up to us to make sure as many people as possible see this.

First ever GHG fees approved by Bay Area Regulators

BusinessWeek and others are reporting that the “First Ever” fees I wrote about earlier today have been approved by Bay Area regulators.

Air pollution regulators in the San Francisco Bay area have voted overwhelmingly to approve new rules that impose fees on businesses for emitting greenhouse gasses.

A spokeswoman for the Bay Area Air Quality Management District says the agency’s board of directors voted 15-1 on Wednesday to charge companies 4.4 cents per ton of they emit.

Experts say the fees, which cover nine counties in the Bay Area, are the first of their kind in the country.

This sets a very dangerous precedent. The regulation not only considers to be “pollution”, but it also calculates fees based on CDE ( equivalent) and on GWP ( Potential). Continue reading ‘First ever GHG fees approved by Bay Area Regulators’

Ron Paul Poll Experiment Results

Nice oneThis is it, the long awaited results of the Experiment. Way back on November 1st, I posted a poll asking whether Ron Paul would get the GOP nomination. This was in response to a near constant onslaught of I’ve received on a couple of my websites (including this one), my myspace account and a couple of my email accounts. Oh yeah, and the fact that I’ve driven under a couple of overpasses and watched people hanging painted bed sheets from them.

The results of the look pretty straightforward and simple at first:

One might get the impression from these results that 351 people voted - 32% (112) in favor of “Absolutely” getting the nomination along with 9% voting “Probably” and another less confident 6% opting for “Maybe” he’ll be nominated. Well one would be wrong. Like I said, this was an experiment.
